New LED Asia lighting initiative helps drive industry growth

Without LED lighting, growth in the lighting industry would be much slower."

LED Asia will cover nine halls and older 80,000 sqm of exhibition space. More than 1.300 LED exhibitors have already signed up for the zone including leading international players BridgeLux (USA), Citizen (Japan), CREE (USA), Delta (Taiwan), Everlight (Taiwan), Lextar (Taiwan), Nichia (Japan), Panasonic (Japan), Rohm (Japan), Seoul Semiconductor (Korea) and Toshiba (Japan). The Guangzhou International Lighting Exhibition is held concurrently with Electrical Building Technology Guangzhou which supports the growing trend of eco-friendly buildings with a special focus on electrical engineering and building and home automation. Both exhibitions are part of Messe Frankfurt’s architecture and technology shows, headed by the biennial Light+BuiIding event in Frankfurt, Germany.
