| Dongshan Precision rectifies Q1 result forecast |

Dongshan Precision Manufacturing Co.,Ltd announced rectified result forecast for this first quarter that the net profit for shareholders achieved 9.513 million to 15.85 million yuan, down 50-70% relative to 31.71 million yuan for the same period of last year.
The company also unveiled 2011 profit distribution plan.Based on the total capital of 192 million shares as in the end of 2011, the company will distribute cash dividend of 1 yuan (tax included) for every 10 shares to all shareholders, coming to 19.20 million yuan, and also transfer capital reserves to share capitals by 10 shares to 8 shares with the remaining two shares as bonus shares. After the transformation, the company's total capital will increase to 384 million shares.
