The municipal government of Lanzhou and China Silian Instrument Group concluded a cooperation agreement in the afternoon of June 11 on building high-tech industrial base in northwest China.
 
Funded by a total of RMB 1 billion, the project is expected to be settled in the New District of Lanzhou and devoted to the construction of production line for LED lighting equipment, HD television set-top box, urban heating meter and solar power system devices. The project can generate sales revenue of RMB 2.66 billion and profits and taxes of RMB 710 million and create 2,000 jobs for the local after completed.
 
For LED industry, the project will focus on the construction of 10 production lines for LED fixture assembly and 10 production lines for LED components packaging.
