Xiamen Changelight Co., Ltd announced on June 14 that due to the company’s development plan and real need of production and operation, it will set a wholly owned subsidiary in Xiamen with a registered capital of 30 million yuan. The funding will be provided completely by the company itself, meaning 100 % ownership of the registered capital.
 
The new company will specialize in electronic industry technology research and consultancy service; electronic product sales; installation, commissioning and maintenance of optoelectronic device application product system engineering; after-sale service and technical consultancy of related enterprises; import and export of various goods and technologies.
