On June 26, Dongshan Precision announced that the company will co-establish Suzhou Dongshan Lighting Technology Co., Ltd with its wholly-owned Suzhou Yongchuang Metal Technology Co., Ltd.
 
Dongshan Lighting will have a registered capital of RMB 20m, of which Dongshan Precision will contribute RMB 16m, occupying 80% of the registered capital (the initial funding is RMB 3.2m), and Yongchuang Technology will contribute RMB 4m, holding 20% of the registered capital (the initial funding is RMB 800,000). The remaining funding will be provided step by step in two years.
 
Dongshan Lighting will specialize in the consultation, design, service, sales and EMC business for LED lighting products. Dongshan Precision says that the new subsidiary will further expand its shares in LED market, optimize its strategic layout, develop EMC business, guarantee the rapid development of its business and enhance its level of profitability.
