China-based panel maker China Star Optoelectronics Technology (CSOT), a subsidiary of TCL, has recently seen a change with its CEO, as its former CEO He Chengming has recently resigned.
 
According to TCL’s announcement released on July 9th, the board of directors has received a written application from He Chengming for his resignation of Senior Vice President. And the board of directors agreed to He’s application. After the resigning, He has no responsiblity for the company any longer.
 
On June 15th, CSOT has passed a resolution to agree He’s application for his labor contract after the expiration of the two years not be renewed.
 
He Chengming has led the team to build up CSOT. And some people guess that his resign may relate to the development strategy divided with Tomson Li’s.
