d by Delta Electronics Foundation, Delta Electronics and its subsidiary Taida Electronics Co. have offered 150 LED lighting kits for free to community centers and an elementary school in Chiang Mai and centers in Chiang Rai, northern Thailand.
The donation has helped improve the learning environment for children and alleviate the problem of inadequate lighting in that part of the country. And according to Hsu Wei-min, vice president at Taida, the donation is expected to reduce the electricity bills at those facilities by 50 percent.
