Halco Lighting Technologies, a leading manufacturer of lamps and ballasts for various applications, has appointed Mark Harris to the position of OEM/Utility Account Manager. Harris has more than thirty-two years of experience in manufacturing and distribution. His previous positions include a Senior Sales Representative at Osram-Sylvania, General Manager at Nova Lighting and most recently Southeast Regional Manager at Havells-SLI Lighting.
