, a multinational conglomerate corporation based in Maplewood, Minnesota, United States, has planned to promote an LED light bulb that shines like an incandescent but uses 75-percent less energy and lasts for 25 years.The bulbs are expected to be sold at Walmart stores by September.
According to the Pioneer Press reports, the new bulb will be manufactured in New Ulm, Minn., and is made possible by 3M's optical film, adhesive and heat management technology. It will be sold at $25.
