PLS – Stand H52 – Olympia - Premium Lighting Solutions (
PLS), a manufacturer and supplier of leading lighting technologies into commercial, public and industrial buildings, will launch a number of innovative lighting ‘firsts’ at the Energy Solutions Expo, Olympia, 10-11 October.
The
PLS stand will feature no less than four new LED lighting solutions, bringing efficiency savings and benefits to a variety of sectors.
The four new technologies on show – Stand H52
•T5 LED Tubes
The first ever T5 tubes to feature a capacitor-less driver. This innovative design delivers more reliability – reflected in the fact that each tube is sold with a 5 year warranty as standard. The T5 LED tubes typically drive energy savings of 75% over traditional fluorescent counterparts.
•LED Signage for X-Ray Rooms
Every hospital relies on ‘X-Ray in Use’ signs to ensure safety. Traditional fittings incorporate conventional lamps, which are susceptible to fail owing to the regular switching and heat generated, creating an ongoing maintenance headache – with associated cost implications.
PLS’ innovative new LED signage greatly increases efficiency and reliability.
•IP65 Waterproof LED Panels
Designed for use in clean-rooms and food-processing environments, these LED panels can be washed and kept clean – even jet-washed. These LED Panels will replace traditional vapour proof fittings, which are less robust –often breaking when jet-washed, causing costly maintenance delays. Again, these new LED panels deliver energy savings of over 70% against traditional lighting technology.
•LED Bulkhead Fittings with Integral Microwave Sensors
Designed for use in stairwells and outside of buildings, these fittings not only use LED technology, but also utilise sensor-controls to switch on and off automatically; with the presence of both daylight and occupancy. Usage can dramatically reduce maintenance costs and drive energy savings of over 70%.
PLS – headquartered in Cornwall, and with an international footprint in India and China – manufactures and provides energy saving lighting and technology to customers ranging from high technology start-ups to multi-billion dollar corporation.
Keith Wyatt, Commercial Director, comments: “We are delighted to be unveiling these exciting new products at Energy Solutions Expo. The commercial and industrial sectors are waking-up to the fact that energy-efficient lighting solutions can deliver significant cost-savings at a time when businesses are under immense budgetary pressure.
PLS are even able to help these projects happen without the need for CapEx commitment.”
“We look forward to discussing how we can help provide innovative products, help build compelling business cases and effectively project manage the implementation of these energy efficiency schemes, with decision-makers from a variety of industry sectors.”
