Kingsun announced on October 10 that the combo consisting of Kingsun and China Southern Power Grid Systhesis Energy Co.,Ltd. has won the bid for LED street light retrofit project in Qingyuan City, Guangdong Province.

This project will use EMC mode to upgrade 46,000 street lights. The payoff will be realized with electricity savings based on determined proportions among two parties, 15% for Qingyuan Urban Management Bureau and 85% shared by Kingsun and China Southern Power Grid.

Kingsun says that this bid winning will help the company expand the company’s market presence of LED lighting in Guangdong Province and consolidate its brand influence and leading position within the industry.
