On Oct. 8^th, San’an Optoelectronics announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Anhui San’an Optoelectronics received a notice on Sep. 29^th from the Wuhu Committee of Development and Reform on granting subsidy of 20 million for the LED epitaxial wafer and chip project of the company.
 
Meanwhile, Anhui San’an was also accorded RMB 15.814 millionof import discount interest from the Ministry of Finance according to the relevant standards.
 
Besides, Suncore photovoltaic Technology Co., Ltd, the holding subsidiary of San’an Optoelectronics, received a notice on Sep. 30^th on granting RMB 30 million of special financial subsidy on the R&D of chips.
 
San’an Optoelectronics stated that the above-mentioned funds have been accounted into deferred income when received and will be apportioned into the profit and loss during the benefit period of project.
