Elec-tech announced on Oct. 10^th that its wholly-owned subsidiary Dalian Elec-tech received a Notice on allotting subsidy issued by the Financial Bureau of Jinzhou New District, Dalian. According to the Notice, Dalian Elec-tech is granted with RMB 6m for LED chip project.
 
Dalian Elec-tech has received the above-mentioned subsidy on Sep. 29^th. The company will account the funds into the deferred income. After the related assets are available for use, the funds will be allocated on average in the service time of the assets and accounted into the non-operating income. The subsidy will be apportioned into the profit and loss in ten years after LED chip equipments were officially put into use. Elec-tech expects that the subsidy will bring positive impacts to the profit and loss of the company in the next ten years.
