Guangdong Provincial Evaluation system for LED lighting products (2012 version) has been published in Guangzhou. Related personnel held a training meeting to promote this evaluation system.

Guangdong Provincial Department of Science and Technology thinks highly of the effect that Guangdong Provincial Evaluation system has brought since its implementation in 2010 and also believes that the release of this update version will resolve some issues that have occurred in the previous implementation.  Meanwhile, it expects further improvement on this system and uniformity in products that are sent by enterprises for inspection.

In order to promote the implementation of LED evaluation system, this meeting went for details of policies to management, standards, testing index and method, factory examination and product uniformity. Related personnel dipped design elements of LED lighting products and reliability of design method, with intent of helping enterprises enhance the effectiveness in sending product for inspection.
