On November 5^th, FSL announced that it has received a notice from the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) on November 2. According to the notice, CSRC decided to investigate FSL for illegal information disclosure in accordance with The Law of Securities of the People's Republic of China.

FSL said it will actively cooperate with the supervision department on the investigation and perform its obligations timely in accordance with relevant provisions.
