Recently, Wukesong Underground Parking Lot, the largest parking lot in the west of Beijing, broke ground officially. With planned investment of RMB 1.098bn, the parking lot is expected to set up 3000 stalls in two years under the principle of government guidance and enterprise operation. Beijing Gonglian will be in charge of the operation of the parking lot.
 
The parking lot will adopt LED intelligent lighting as the normal lighting to detect the movement of people and vehicles and control the opening time of fixtures to achieve “lighting on demand”.
 
To provide drivers with the utmost convenience, the parking lot will be equipped with normal lighting, emergency lighting, on-duty lighting and transitional lighting. Besides, the parking lot will set up transitional lighting at the entrance and exit to spare any interference onto the drivers by the alteration of light.
 
The parking lot will also utilize the latest technology and materials and the advanced systems like intelligent fire fighting and intelligent parking. In case of fire, the fire detector can give an alarm automatically and open the pre-act alarm valve and electric valve that controls exhaust valve to indicate the location of the fire.
