Recently, Xiamen Changelight Co., Ltd (300102) (hereinafter referred to as Company) passed the proposal on setting up wholly-owned subsidiary with RMB 30mn of its own fund on a board meeting.
 
The Company has finished the industrial and commercial registration for the subsidiary and acquired the business license issued by Xiamen Municipal Administration for Industry and Commerce. The subsidiary is named Xiamen Changelight Technology Co., Ltd and owns a registered capital of RMB 30mn.
 
The business portfolio of the subsidiary covers wholesale and retails of LED, LED display, lighting and other appliances; technological consultation and service for optoelectronic and photovoltaic products; EMC; import and export of all kinds of commodities and technologies (import and export commodities catalogue is not attached), excluding the commodities or technologies restricted or banned  by the country. (The above-mentioned business portfolio involving operating permit shall acquire the license from related departments before proceeding further.)
