Recently, Shandong ULED has successfully developed the 4-inch LED epitaxial wafer and produced the first batch of it.
 
ULED has been equipped with the capacity of mass-production of 2-inch epitaxial waferearlier. The successful development of the 4-inch epitaxial wafer is four times 2-inch epitaxial wafer in the number of chips of every piece. It can improve the production efficiency, reduce the production cost and save time and cost for the subsequent production process.
 
Co-established by Taiwan UMC and Taiwan Epistar with a total investment of USD 150mn, Shandong ULED specializes in the R&D, production and sales of high brightness LED epitaxial wafer, etc.
