Dongguan Simoire Electronicshas filed a lawsuit on LED flip display invention patent infringement against Fujian GuonengPhotoelectric. On Nov. 20, Guangdong Foshan Intermediate People’s Court ruled that Simoire Electronics won the lawsuit and GuonengPhotoelectric shall stop the production, use and sale of LED flip display and destroy the stocked infringing products immediately.
 
According to the investigation, Fujian GuonengPhotoelectric had not only infringed the invention patents of Simoire Electronics, but had also committed false advertising and commercial fraud. Guoneng previously announced that its LED flip display owns 29 national patents and power consumption of 68W per square meter, but all of which is overstatement and false advertising.
