Recently, the "Letter to Suppliers" signed by Shenzhen Topvision has spread quickly in QQ groups and forums of LED industry. According to the Letter, Topvision had met with serious financial problems and the company’s bank accounts were frozen, which eventually has led to its “incompetence to disburse".
 
According to our reporters, Topvision had filed a lawsuit against Beijing Triolion Tech on payment defaultsand demanded the latter to pay a total of RMB 12.836695mn of remaining money and penalty. The two parties once signed a contract on LED display purchase valued a total of RMB 16.4074mn on Jan. 18^th, 2011. Up to now, Beijing Triolionhas paid RMB 4.92222mn to Topvision. However, Beijing Triolion refused to pay the remaining money on account of the overdue delivery and serious quality problems. On August 1^st, 2011, Beijing Trolion terminated the contract by written document.
 
No further details as yet concerning the wellbeing of Topvision. The series of crisis in LED display industry of China, including the close-downs of several enterprises one after another, has been an indicator on the imbalance of the whole industry chain.
