Ideal Energy has finished the production of MOCVD 2 on 6th December. Developed on the basis of the first prototype, MOCVD 2 can produce 84 pieces of 2-inch epitaxial wafer in single cavity and has already been applied for 20 patents both at home and abroad.
 
As data shows, Ideal Energy started MOCVD production in September, 2010. In two years, Ideal Energy technical team has developed MOCVD equipments with independent intellectual property rights and the first single cavity independent equipment. Also, it has finished the assembly of high output rate cluster type production system and successfully brightened GAN-based LED epitaxial wafer. After one year of trial operation, MOCVD 2 was approved by Shanghai Science Council in May 2012.
