A recent report from our correspondent in Moscow—Some Shenzhen enterprises will form an investors’  alliance and build Shenzhen LED Industrial Park in Russia with a total investment of USD 0.5 bn and output value reaching up to RMB 1.5 billion yuan.      
 
A big issue that concerns Chen Baodong, General Manager of Green Lighting and his Investors’ Alliance is the selecting of premises.” Though Russia is a large country with abundant land; it’s counter-intuitive that finding the right premises turn out to be difficult”. Regarding the prospect for the park, Chen said ”I believe we do well as long as the policy is sound and risks evaded due to step by step development .”He repeatedly emphasized “we should keep a staid mind amid the project.”
