Overcapacity in the upstream starting early this year remains a menace, which had entailed the closedown of factories, failure of investment and wasting of resources etc., alongside some leading enterprises’ overstock and dislocated capital chain. Conversely, TOSPO has witnessed a business breakthrough with revenues over four times of the previous year’s equivalence.    

 
Most of TOSPO’s LED lighting products are sold abroad in previous years. In 2011, its revenue was USD 6.1 million, USD 30 million in 2012, and estimated revenue of USD 150 million in 2013.      
 
The energy-saving lamps and LED lamps developed by TOSPO is a showcase of its relatively advanced technologies in China, moreover, TOSPO is the patent holder of over 100 patented technologies, all of which are legally protected.
