Fujian Information Technology has released its 2013 plan on information industry and informatization development on its website on 15th January, in which it said to accelerate LED generalization and the implementation of hundreds of billions industry clusters and release “Fujian LED full implementation plan”.
 
Fujian has formed a thorough industry chain encompassing sapphire substrate, LED wafer and packaging and application, the total value of which has amounted to RMB 30bn. As seen from demands generated from popularization policies, power consumption of Fujian is only 1/3 of Guangdong. If the power consumption ratio is similar supposedly, Fujian’s LED demand is about 1/3 of Guangdong. As these policies are focused to promote local industrial chain, more local enterprises such as Changelight are more likely to benefit from it except the Shenzhen based power manufacturer Moso Power.
