Heading the way in the R&D of IR LED epitaxial material, chip and component in China, Lianovation has just completed refinancing last December, part of the raising fund to be invested in the project of IR LED component. Its active IR camera technology used for night vision shares the same principle with the IR imaging of Somatosensory interaction devices.

Lianovation’s president Cai Guozhong said in an interview that almost all high-end IR LED products are imported from abroad, indicating that the future for the IR LED market is still boundless. In view of this, Lianovation gave up the production of blue and green LED chip and focus on IR LED to develop a relative different market.
