Recently, the project “High-brightness LED Epi-wafer Automation Production Control System” invested by China’s high-end equipment manufacturer Brilliant Light Technology with RMB 8m has been listed in the provincial special development programs for information service industry.

The company’s leadership under Liang Bingwen specializes in the R&D of MOCVD, the core equipment of LED upstream sector, and keeps forward in updating LED chip production. This January, Brilliant Light Technology announced worldwide that the company has launched an MOCVD (Metal Organic Chemical Vapor Deposition) with high-brightness LED process, which is the first of its kind in China.
