Everwin Precision announced to set up a wholly-owned subsidiary in Hongkong with its own fund of US$ 1.5 million. The new establishment is tentatively named Everwin Precision Hongkong Co., Ltd which will be subject to the final registration.
 
It is reported that the board of Everwin Precision agreed to raise the total investment of the to-be-established subsidiary to US$ 8 million to enhance the credit capacity of the to-be-established subsidiary and take the advantage of the convenient financial conditions of Hongkong. The registered capital of the to-be-established subsidary remains US$ 1.5 million.
