Acuity Brands, Inc., a market leader in innovative energy-efficient lighting and controls solutions, has acquired eldoLAB Holding B.V., (“eldoLED”), a leader in the design and manufacture of high-performance, intelligent drivers for LED-based lighting systems. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.

Founded in 2003, eldoLED is a privately owned company headquartered in Eindhoven, the Netherlands. eldoLED offers a wide range of readily available LED drivers using state-of-the-art drive, networking and control architectures, providing full-range dimming for white LED and dynamic color solutions for RGB effect lighting.  eldoLED also develops customized and design-in solutions for its worldwide customer base of leading OEM lighting manufacturers, including Acuity Brands.
