Peng Xuanqi, general manager of Jiangsu Keyland Laser Technology Co., Ltd. (Keyland Laser), has a clear understanding on the development of LED industry. In his opinion, as LED industry is a new sunrise industry, it’s normal that it has to go through the stage of growth and cultivation, even ups and downs.
