China’s high-tech company Feilo Acoustics Co., Ltd. released its annual financial report for 2012 that its operating revenue was RMB 2.014bn, a growth of 2% compared with the same period last year and net profit reached RMB 105m, a decline of 31% year-over-year, with basic EPS down by 42% to RMB 0.14.

The report also shows the company’s wholly-owned subsidiary Shanghai Yaming Lighting CO., LTD. achieved operating revenue of RMB 1.642bn, with net profit coming at RMB 44.65m. In the future, Shanghai Yaming Lighting will focus on the green lighting industry and launch its mainstream products which are energy-efficient and eco-friendly.
