According to the official scheme--“Preferential Policies on LED Chip Projects”, Nationstar Semiconductor would be given up to RMB 10m for each newly-bought MOCVD.

The first 30% of the subsidy will be allocated shortly by the local government; the other 70% is to be given out upon the arrival of the equipment alongside the application from the corporate.

According to the official scheme, Nationstar Semiconductor received a subsidy of RMB 140m on 25^thMarch 2013, which is 70% of the total amount on its purchasing of 20 MOCVDs.
