Dialight has introduced integrated controls for its industry leading LED lighting fixture portfolio. The patent-pending, smart grid compatible control package is available in variety of communications protocols. These include powerline communications (PLC), wireless (industry standard Zigbee) or DALI platforms and can be manually configured or accessed utilizing a touch screen wall controller via mobile devices such as iPhone, iPad, or Android, or from a remote network computer.
“Dialight is reinventing the way our customers operate and maintain their lighting systems while simultaneously improving safety and saving on operating expenses,” said Roy Burton, Dialight’s Group Chief Executive. “Our controls will save on both energy and maintenance costs, and will allow our customers to regulate exactly how, when and where their lighting is operated”.
Dialight’s advanced lighting controls system will debut on the company’s award winning LED High Bay products for industrial and hazardous locations including UL Class I and II, Div 1, Class I and II, Div 2 as well as ATEX/IECEx Zone 1 and 2 configurations. Products will ship in Q2-2013 and will be integrated into additional Dialight fixture families later this year.
Advanced Controls
Using Dialight’s fully integrated controls, not only can our customers turn individual or grouped LED light fixtures on and off when required, they can also be dimmed to required illumination levels, used in conjunction with daylight sensing or motion detection technologies as well as scheduled with different operating profiles for various times of the day or week.
Monitoring and Reporting
Through Dialight’s controlled LED lighting fixtures, intelligent monitoring and reporting will give users the ability to review lighting and energy consumption statistics via the web or mobile device apps with high tech advanced security for individual or multiple facilities. Features include on-demand or scheduled reports and fault management alerts if an issue is present.
Dialight will be displaying its new integrated controls at this year’s Offshore Technology Conference in Houston, TX this May at booth # 4902.
