Mr. Zhou Xuejun has more than 15 years of marketing experience, including nearly 5 years of marketing management at Philips Lighting (China) Co., Ltd. As the marketing director (Asia) of Philips Lumileds, he is now responsible for the promotion and business development of LUXEON LEDs in Asia. Prior to joining Philips Lumileds, Mr.Zhou took many positions in Philips lighting (China) Co., Ltd, such as senior consumer product marketing manager, conventional distribution channel manager, product manager and 6 sigma black belt. He also pocesses rich marketing management experience from previous positions at Sony, Whirlpool, and other Fortune 500 firms. Mr. Zhou has an extensive practice and a deep study in product & brand management, distribution channel establishment, marketing process improvement. Mr.zhou will give a let speech on “Light without limits – further evolution of LED”.

Yongliang Xu, the Managing Director of YUNFNG GROUP, is a senior expert of Solar-Equipment & Semi-conductor, with 20 years’ experience of complete machine design & manufacture. He successively held the posts of the military representative of Chinese naval & R & D Director of Shanghai Hanhong Precision Machinery Co., Ltd. ,and gets "Shanghai-class Technology Progress Award“ many times. In LEDforum 2013, Mr. Xu will give a talk about “The future of LED high-end manufacturing equipment localization”.

Mark McKee is currently Director, Product Marketing for Veeco's MOCVD business and is responsible for the GaN product line. Prior to this role, he held key positions in product marketing and project management. Prior to joining Veeco, he was employed by Emcore Corporation, a leader in MOCVD equipment manufacturing where held positions as Staff Scientist and Director of North American Sales. He is a 20+ year veteran of MOCVD with extensive background experience in semiconductor technology. Mark McKee received his MS degree in Materials Science from Rutgers University, NJ. He has authored and co-authored over 25 technical publications. This LEDforum , he is to give a presentation as “Enabling Solid State Lighting through Advancements in MOCVD Technology”.

Francis Jen has joined KLA-Tencor in U.S. in 2000 as senior applications engineer, and then became senior applications manager for Darkfield wafer inspection technology and senior product marketing manager in Brightfield inspection technology. Currently he is the technical director for KLA-Tencor China since August 2007. He Prepares to share experience on “Process Control and Yield Management in LED Manufacturing”.

Dr. Yao Chiu Lin joined Epistar LAB of Epistar Corporation immediately as an engineer for new technology and new product development. After five years of research and study, Dr. Yao was promoted to Project Manager of Product Integration Division in 2011 and currently is Deputy Director of R&D Center of Epistar Corporation, in charges of LED lighting related product and technology development. Dr. Yao's researches are mainly about nano-pattern technology, roughing technology, and substrate bonding technology applied to LED lighting. He has received over 40 patents with 32 pending. This time, he will show his viewpoint on “Trends and Challenges of LED Lighting”.

Robin Liao, the senior manager of Richtek, graduated in National Taiwan University electrical department, 5 years as design engineer and team leader in Taicom Data System, 13 years in MAXIM integrated products as FAE and senior marketing manager, and 3 years in Richtek as senior manage. Mr. Liao is to give a presentation on “ LED lighting driving modules design” in LEDforum 2013.

Qian Wu, Associate Director of Technical Centre of Honglitronic, participated in The 863 Project in the Eleventh Five-Year Plan for National Economic and Social Development. “Research and development of 100lm/w power white LED key technologies”. He has applied eleven various patents as first inventor, which include three patents for invention, and eight patents of utility model. In addition, published two LED-packaging related articles. In LEDforum2013, he will share his opinion on “New Technologies and Future Applicating Direction of Indoor Lighting”.

In addition, Jiaping Shao，Vice Marketing President and Technical Director from Cree,will talk about “Latest Packaging Technology Development of Lighting LED”. Weibin Gong, President from Refond, is to share his viewpoint on “New LED packaging technology based on IC packaging, and the trend of LED packaging development in the future”. And LEDinside analyst team will put forward Global LED Industrial Development Prospect and Forecast in 2013 -2014 , and Consumer Survey of Chinese LED Lighting Market .
